Production & Fulfillment Timeline
Once your design is approved and payment is received, production begins. Standard delivery typically takes 4–5 weeks, but timelines may vary depending on your order:

  • Basic items can often be delivered within 1–2 weeks.

  • Premium items may require the full 4–5 weeks for production and delivery.

  • Rush orders are available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Please contact us at 914-768-2969 if you need expedited service.

Domestic & International Shipping
We ship orders within the USA and internationally to select countries.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on your delivery location and service needs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery destination. Large bulk orders may require a custom shipping quote.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments, Habits365Greek covers all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees so you won’t encounter unexpected costs.

Tracking Information
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@habits365greek.com. Include a detailed description of the issue and photos if applicable. We review each situation individually and will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Shipping Delays & Liability
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Once orders are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
