Color Variations Disclaimer

Please be aware that the colors shown in digital mockups may not perfectly match the colors of the final garments. Differences in screen displays, lighting, fabric materials, dye batches, and printing or embroidery techniques can all affect how colors appear once produced. By approving your mockups and placing your order, you acknowledge that slight color variations are a natural part of custom manufacturing.

Habits365Greek does not guarantee exact color matching between digital previews and finished products, and refunds will not be issued for any color-related differences.


By approving your order, your organization confirms that all artwork, spelling, sizes, and quantities have been reviewed and verified. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all details before production begins. We are not liable for issues related to fit, color, spelling, or garment material once an order has been approved.

At Habits365Greek, we take pride in creating made-to-order custom items tailored specifically to your chapter. Because each product is produced uniquely for your group, all sales are final.
However, we remain committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards and will gladly assist with any concerns related to production errors or damaged items.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 72 hours. Include the following:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

All cases are reviewed individually, and we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.


Refunds and Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made, products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once an order is submitted.

To prevent sizing or personalization issues, please carefully review your design details and refer to our size guides before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds are not provided for customer errors (incorrect sizes, misspellings, wrong selections), but we are always available to answer questions prior to ordering to help ensure accuracy.


Processing Time for Approved Refunds

In the rare event that a refund is approved for reasons such as a confirmed production error or damage, we will notify you after reviewing and inspecting the item.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please be aware that banks or credit card providers may require additional time for the refund to reflect.
