In the event of a damage claim, we may require that items be returned to us for in-person inspection before a resolution can be determined. Failure to return items upon request may result in the claim being denied.
If a damage claim is denied following inspection, any reshipment of the items will be the sole responsibility of the client, including all associated shipping costs.
