At Habits365Greek, every item is made to order based on your approved design, garment selection, and order details. Because each piece is produced specifically for your chapter, all sales are final.
That said, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been submitted. Every item is produced uniquely for your organization and cannot be restocked or resold.
Refunds are not issued for:

Customer errors, including incorrect sizes, misspellings, or wrong selections

Color variation between digital mockups and finished garments

Fit or personal preference issues

Changes of mind after order approval
To avoid issues, please review all design details, sizes, and quantities carefully before approving your order. Once approved, details are considered final.
Order Approval & Customer Responsibility
By approving your order, your organization confirms that all of the following have been reviewed and verified:

Artwork and design elements

Spelling and text
-
Colors and placement
-
Sizes and quantities
-
Garment selection
Habits365Greek is not liable for issues related to fit, color, spelling, or garment material once an order has been approved.
Color Variations
Colors shown in digital mockups may not perfectly match finished garments. Differences in screen displays, lighting, fabric materials, dye batches, and printing or embroidery processes can all affect how colors appear once produced.
Pantone is used as a reference, not a guarantee. Refunds will not be issued for color differences that fall within normal production variation.
If exact color matching is critical, we recommend requesting a physical sample prior to placing a full order.
Damages & Production Errors
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a confirmed production error, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@habits365greek.com.
You must include:

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the damage or defect

Original packaging (do not discard)
Claims submitted after 72 hours may be more difficult to process.
Return for Inspection
We may require that items be returned to us for in-person inspection before a resolution can be determined. Failure to return items upon request may result in the claim being denied.
If a damage claim is denied following inspection, any reshipment of the items will be the sole responsibility of the client, including all associated shipping costs.

Approved Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed production errors or verified damage. All cases are reviewed individually.
If a refund is approved:

You will be notified after review and inspection

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method

Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to reflect
